Seviyan Kheer

Be it occasions or birthdays, kheer is a must. We all have that sweet spot for kheer, that associate kheer with every happiness in our life. This yum, sweet , delicious recipe is sure to make you fall for it.


  • Milk – 1 litre
  • Vermicelli (Seviyan) -½ pkd
  • Sugar – 100 gm
  • Ghee – 1 tbs
  • Dry Fruits of your choice – optional
  • Condensed Milk – 6 tbs
  • Rose petals – optional


At first, you got to fry the seviyan in ghee and keep it aside. Now, take the milk in a separate container and boil it until it thickens. When the milk gets thickened add sugar and mix properly. Once the sugar dissolves, add 3 -4 spoons of dry fruits to the milk. Adding dry fruits is clearly optional. Time to add the fried seviyan to the milk. Pour the condensed milk  into the mixture after 5 mins and let all the things come together. Your Seviyan kheer is ready!

Serving: Garnish it will rose petals, some more dry fruits and served chill.
