Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card on our app. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. This means extra security for customers, making online shopping safer.
If we are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your wallet as store credit and you can use it at any time for your future orders.
The Doodhwala Wallet is your pay-as-you-go account, which allows you to pay for your next day’s delivery. The good news is that it’s not a credit account, so you never pay a lump sum For instance, if you put ₹ 2000 in your wallet, the money remains there and gets deducted only when you make a purchase. It’s an easy and safe way to shop multiple times without having to pay each day of your subscription
